We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India

Our Express Shipping is typically made via Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. and Ecom Express. Deliveries usually occur within 2-5 days (Monday - Saturday) after purchase/Order Booking, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the New Delhi according to a criterion of stock, availability, and readiness to respond.

Our handling time to the pick up boy takes 1-2 days (Monday - Saturday). This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period from our side.

Total delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Exceptionally, there may be delays in the processing time caused by seasonal sales or circumstantial high demand such as during Diwali or Holi.

Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order – we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, such occurrences are beyond our control and may delay the estimated delivery time.

Prices on the site includes all taxes, duties and shipping. No extra cost will charge after booking/placing the order.

The courier is responsible for performing the parcel’s delivery with a signature in most cases. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier, with the appropriate delivery proof, and it hasn’t been received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the merchandise is correctly delivered. If customer fond anything wrong or inappropriate regarding delivery immediately contact us we will help and deliver your shipment smoothly. Even if the courier is delivered to the customer, and customer found anything wrong or different product inside the packet, CARE CART is fully responsible for that and will re-send the correct product until the customer won't satisfy. 

PACKAGING:

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS :

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
